Follow the steps below to book or cancel a vaccination appointment for:
- COVID-19
- Flu (when available)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis A/B
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
- Pneumonia
- Shingles
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
To book an appointment online:
- Visit the immunization scheduling page and sign in to your Walmart.com account.
- Enter the patient's full name, date of birth, and select Continue.
- Select a vaccine type and select Continue (E.g. Shingles).
- Select Find an appointment.
- Or select Add another patient to schedule multiple people.
- Enter a zip code (or city, state) and select Find.
- Select a store location from the list and select Continue.
- Select a date and time and select Continue.
- Enter the patient information and select Continue.
- Answer questions in the questionnaire and select Continue.
- Acknowledge patient consent and select Continue.
- Select Confirm Appointment.
To cancel an appointment online:
You will need the original email confirmation from when you first booked your appointment online.
- Open the email inbox connected with your Walmart.com sign-in email.
- Search for the email Your Walmart pharmacy appointment.
- Select the Cancel online link in the email.
- Sign in to your Walmart.com account.
- Verify your date of birth.
- Confirm to cancel your appointment.
To book or cancel appointments by phone, call your local pharmacy store.
If you need help finding your pharmacy store phone number, look on your prescription bottle or label.

- Select Store detail (next to your preferred store location)
- Select See more services to view phone number and hours of operation.
