You can check your Walmart pharmacy prescription status and refill info by following these steps.

Walmart Website or App:

1. Sign into your Walmart account.
2. Select Services.
3. Select Pharmacy.
4. Verify your 4-digit PIN (or use biometrics, if available).
5. Select Refill Prescriptions.
6. The prescription status is shown below each prescription name (E.g. Ready for refill).

Phone or in person:

• Call your store pharmacy to access the phone menu for prescription updates.
• Visit your store pharmacy and speak with their pharmacy staff.

If you don't have a pharmacy online account set up yet, you'll first need to verify your ID online .

To refill a prescription using the Walmart website:

1. Sign into your Walmart account.
2. Select Services.
3. Select Pharmacy.
4. Verify your 4-digit PIN (or use biometrics, if available).
5. Select Refill Prescriptions.
6. Select the checkbox next to any available prescription.
7. Select Continue.
8. Review the Pickup location.
9. Review the order and make changes, if needed .
   • To change the payment type, select Edit in the Payment field.
10. Select Place Order to submit your refill order.

To refill a prescription using the Walmart app:

1. Sign into your Walmart account.
2. Select Services.
3. Select Pharmacy.
4. Verify your 4-digit PIN (or use biometrics, if available).
5. Select Refill Prescriptions.

6. Select the checkbox next to any available prescription.
7. Select Continue.
8. Review the order and make changes, if needed .
   • To change the payment type, select Edit in the Payment field.
9. Select Place Order to submit your refill order.

To use the Scan to Refill option in the Walmart app:

1. Sign into your Walmart account.
2. Select Services.
3. Select Pharmacy.
4. Verify your 4-digit PIN (or use biometrics, if available).
5. Select Scan to refill.
6. Scan the barcode on the side of the prescription bottle.
7. Enter the date of birth.
8. Select Confirm.
9. You can select Add another prescription or Continue.
10. Review the order and make changes, if needed.
    • To change the payment type, select Edit in the Payment field.
11. Select Place Order.
