Marketplace sellers must list the condition of the Fashion items they’re selling on Walmart.com when they create a listing.
Items Listed as New
- New: Brand new with tags and labels still attached or in the original box or packaging (With box or tags).
- New without Box (or) Tags: Brand-new and unused but without original boxes, packaging or tags attached.
- New with Defects: Brand-new, unused, and functional but with cosmetic imperfections caused during production or delivery.
- This could include missing threads, discoloration, scuffing, scratches, label malfunction, etc.
Items Listed as Pre-Owned
- Like New: Excellent condition but has been gently used or worn previously.
- Tags, dust bags, pouches, and/or labels may not be attached to fashion items.
- Good: Good condition with signs of wear or usage (may have scuffs, creasing, small tears, odor, minimal discoloration, slight pilling marks, fading, stains or scratches).
- Tags, dust bags, pouches, and/or labels may not be attached to fashion items.
- Fair: Fair condition with visible signs of wear or usage (which can include scuffs, creasing, marks, tears, odor, discoloration, defects, scratches, fading, missing parts and accessories).
- Tags, dust bags, pouch, and/ or labels may not be attached. Notable signs of flaws are declared in listing.
- May be missing accessories.
- Signs of wear on the item can include scuffs, marks, stains, scratches, fading or missing parts and accessories.
