Accessibility to Walmart Healthcare Services

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Walmart is committed to providing accessible health programs and activities to all patients, free of discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Walmart provides healthcare customers with language assistance and auxiliary aids and services at no cost. Individuals with Limited English Proficiency

Call or visit your local Walmart pharmacy or vision center for language access services available in more than 220 languages.

Individuals who are Blind or have Low Vison

Walmart provides various large print resources. Our pharmacies also offer ScripTalk® “talking labels” and Braille prescription labels upon request.

Individuals with a Hearing or Speech Disability

Walmart will work to support your preferred method of communication. Please call 7-1-1 to utilize Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS). If you prefer American Sign Language (ASL), ask your local Walmart pharmacy or vision center to arrange an interpreter.

Individuals with Limited Mobility

Walmart stores comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and our associates are trained to provide assistance for you upon request.

Service Animals

Walmart welcomes customers and patients using service animals in all areas of the store used by the public. You may, upon entering the store, be asked if the animal accompanying you is a service animal. If so, simply indicate that this is the case, and your service animal will be welcome to accompany you.
