Missing Items

Multiple Item Orders

Your items may be shipped from different warehouses.

  • Your items may arrive separately.
  • Each package will have its own tracking number.
  • Visit your Purchase History to see if your order was split into multiple packages.
  • If you've received all packages from your order and you're still missing items, select the Chat with us button.

Deliveries from Stores

Check the receipt in your email to see if the item was out of stock or substituted. If we charged you for the item but it's missing from your delivery, select the Chat with us button.

If your entire order is missing, check the delivery confirmation photo. Do you recognize the doorway in the image?

If you're still not able to find the missing package, select the Chat with us button.
