- Measurement Changes
- Lens Restyles
- Doctor's Rx Change
To obtain coverage/service for online orders:
To obtain service on your glasses, you must visit a Walmart Vision Center within 60 days of original purchase with a valid receipt and original eyewear.
To return online orders:
Prescription eyewear purchased online is returnable within 60 days and must be mailed back. Only items purchased in store may be returned to a Walmart Vision Center.
Term of coverage:
Coverage under this Guarantee extends for 60 days from your date of purchase as indicated on your receipt of purchase.
