When Katy Perry decided to enter space, it proved catastrophic for her public image as people mocked her mercilessly following her expedition on Jeff Bezos's rocket Blue Origin.
The 11-minute mission sparked immense backlash, with former fans calling the voyage a PR stunt and labeling the women 'space tourists.'
Katy even promoted her Lifetime movie in space - and after the brief mission, she emerged from the capsule and held a daisy up as a tribute to her daughter before dropping to her knees and kissing the ground dramatically.
According to reputation expert Eric Schiffer, the Firework hitmaker's reputation may be 'beyond' repair following the disastrous space flight.
Eric previously told DailyMail.com Katy was an 'out-of-touch' celebrity, quipping that her 'reputation is vibe surfing the toilet drain faster than Blue Origin re-entered the atmosphere.'
It appears that many of her former fans agree that her reputation could be ruined, as a number of her most controversial moves have recently resurfaced on social media.
Faith, who makes videos as Training for Amazing, recently shared a TikTok clip highlighting 'crazy Katy Perry lore' that she thinks about 'at least once a week.'
Faith explained that the pop star once appeared on an episode of Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts with James Corden and was asked about having intimate relations with three of her ex-boyfriends, including John Mayer, Orlando Bloom, and Diplo.

At the time, she and The Pirates of the Caribbean star were on a break, but she called them 'all amazing lovers.' Katy and Orlando began dating in January 2016 after meeting at a Golden Globes after-party.
They briefly split in early 2017, before reuniting and getting engaged in February 2019.
In the YouTube video from 2017, Katy, now 40, ended up ranking famed guitarist John number one, above her now-fiancé Orlando.
Katy called her ex-boyfriend Josh Groban her 'best of all time' and admitted her song The One That Got Away was about the Broadway star. The Florida DJ came in third place, and later shared an Instagram snap holding up three fingers alongside James with the caption 'at least I tried.'
Faith's followers quickly shared their own favorite 'lore' about the Dark Horse singer.
Many people brought up how she started out by singing religious music as Katy Hudson before pivoting to much racier tunes like I Kissed a Girl.
Before becoming a pop megastar, Katy was a gospel singer in Santa Monica, California, and sang in the church run by her pastor parents.
Some commenters were more intrigued by her former 'roster,' mentioning that she also dated Travie McCoy from the pop punk rap group Gym Class Heroes, and was married to British comedian Russell Brand, who has since been charged with multiple sex offenses. He denies all charges.

That wasn't her only public faux pas. 'Why is nobody talking about what she did to that boy saving his first kiss on American Idol?' another person asked, which proved to be a popular question.
In 2018, American Idol contestant Benjamin Glaze revealed that he was 'uncomfortable' with Katy surprising him with his first kiss during his audition.
The then 19-year-old musician said that he wanted his first smooch to be 'special' and was noticeably caught off-guard when the California Gurls singer pecked him on the lips without his consent.
However, even the contentious kiss wasn't her most memorable moment, according to commenters.
'This wasn't as juicy as the nun and vet,' one person claimed, referencing two infamous stories about LA real estate that Katy's been embroiled in over the years.

Katy was embroiled in a massive legal battle with Catholic nuns over the sale of a Los Angeles convent and the feud has been making the rounds on TikTok
A property dispute between Katy and retired US Army veteran Carl Westcott began in 2020 when he agreed to sell his sprawling Montecito mansion to the pop star for a whopping $15 million. Carl has Huntington's, a disease that impacts nerve cells and can lead to movement, cognitive, and psychiatric issues.
Just days later Carl attempted to reverse the sale, claiming that he wasn't of sound judgment at the time due to medication he was taking after back surgery.
The dispute seemed to be ending in December 2023 when a Los Angeles judge ruled that Katy was the rightful owner of the estate and she received the keys to the mansion.
Also following her space mission, Katy's ferocious feud with Catholic nuns has been making the rounds on TikTok.
The mom of one was previously embroiled in a massive legal battle with nuns over the sale of a Los Angeles convent. Nuns occupied the property until 2011, when they say they were forced to move.
The nuns sought to sell the land and the 30,000-square-foot Spanish-Gothic home for $15.5 million to restaurateur Dana Hollister, who wanted to convert the property into a hotel. But the Archdiocese of Los Angeles sued to block the sale in 2015, arguing the nuns did not have authority to sell the property to Hollister. A judge ruled in 2016 that the sale was invalid, citing that Hollister interfered with the sale of the former convent to Katy because the nuns did not approve of the singer’s image.
A jury awarded Perry and the archdiocese damages totaling more than $15 million. Katy no longer wanted the property and the convent went back on the market.
Sister Callanan even admitted that she and her fellow sisters may have acted without authority.
However, Sister Catherine Rose Holzman collapsed and died during a court appearance about the convent in March 2018.
Reportedly, Holzman's last words before she passed were: 'Katy Perry. Please stop.'
