Fortune Feimster has reportedly separated from her wife Jacquelyn 'Jax' Smith after over four years of marriage.
The 44-year-old comedian has been telling friends they split recently and she's planning to file for divorce, according to TMZ.
Fortune (born Emily) and Jax did not have any children, but they'll have to figure out who gets custody of their beloved Pomeranian rescue dog, Biggie.
On Thursday, Feimster Instastoried a cute snap of Biggie sleeping as she 'tread water for an hour' in her swimming pool.
'I got a little downtime, which is nice,' the Handsome Podcaster - who boasts 2.7M social media followers - said Thursday.
'I have the whole weekend off! I love that. We went hard in April. May's not too bad. It's a pretty good amount of downtime there too, so yeah!'

On Tuesday, Deadline reported that Feimster had signed on to star in Nicholas Stoller's untitled new comedy starring Will Ferrell, Zac Efron, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas for Amazon MGM Studios.
The Fubar action star wrote on Instagram: 'Some fun news. Can't wait to work with Will Ferrell again!'
But first, audiences can catch Fortune voicing the beaver Nibbles in Jared Bush and Byron Howard's animated sequel Zootopia 2, which hits US theaters November 26 and UK theaters November 28.
