- Item has no missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no markings such as underlining, highlighting, or writing in margins.
- Pre-Owned textbooks don’t require the inclusion of supplemental materials.
- Good: Book has been read and shows minimal signs of wear like an owner's inscription or discoloration, but no tearing and all pages are present.

- Fair: The book has possible discoloration, creasing, or small tears, and may not contain non-vital pages like endpapers but its integrity is still intact.
