A printout of your pharmacy account history (up to 24 months) is available to view and download on the pharmacy website.
This feature is not yet available in the Walmart app.
- Sign in to the Walmart Pharmacy website.
- Select Pharmacy history on Pharmacy Home Page.
- Your pharmacy history for the last 90 days will display.
- To change the date range, select the down arrow next to Showing.
- Select Download.
- Select PDF or CSV file.
- Select Download.
