Walmart+ InHome members can start a return and have items picked up by a Walmart associate the next day. The associate will bring your item back to the store for a refund.
To schedule an InHome return pickup:
- When you're logged into Walmart.com select Account.
- Select Purchase History and locate the order with the item(s) you want to return.
- Select Start a Return and place a checkmark next to the item(s) you wish to return.
- Only eligible items will be available to return.
- InHome pickup returns aren’t available for items sold by Marketplace sellers or larger items delivered by Freight carriers, or grocery items.
- Only eligible items will be available to return.
- Select the reason you'd like to return and add comments. (optional)
- Repeat the above steps if you're returning more than one item.
- Select Return viaInHome.
- Review your return.
- If everything is correct, select Submit.
Once your InHome Return Pick-up is scheduled:
- Place your item(s) in their original packaging near the door InHome usually uses to access your home for deliveries.
- You don’t need a shipping box or a return label. A Walmart associate will pick up the return the next day.
To cancel InHome return pickup:
- When you're logged into Walmart.com select Account.
- Select Purchase History and locate the order with the item(s) that you set up the return for.
- Select Cancel return.
