InHome Returns Pick-Up

Walmart+ InHome members can start a return and have items picked up by a Walmart associate the next day. The associate will bring your item back to the store for a refund

To schedule an InHome return pickup:

  1. When you're logged into Walmart.com select Account.
  2. Select Purchase History and locate the order with the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Select Start a Return and place a checkmark next to the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Only eligible items will be available to return.
      • InHome pickup returns aren’t available for items sold by Marketplace sellers or larger items delivered by Freight carriers, or grocery items.
  4. Select the reason you'd like to return and add comments. (optional)
    • Repeat the above steps if you're returning more than one item.
  5. Select Return viaInHome.
  6. Review your return.
    • If everything is correct, select Submit.

Once your InHome Return Pick-up is scheduled:

  • Place your item(s) in their original packaging near the door InHome usually uses to access your home for deliveries.
    • You don’t need a shipping box or a return label. A Walmart associate will pick up the return the next day.

To cancel InHome return pickup:

  1. When you're logged into Walmart.com select Account.
  2. Select Purchase History and locate the order with the item(s) that you set up the return for.
  3. Select Cancel return.
