Batch From Scratch viewers were left 'horrified' during last night's episode after spotting a 'filthy' detail as Joe Swash prepared food.
In the final episode of the Channel 4 cooking series, Joe was joined by Suzanne Mulholland to help with Evans family in Bridgend, South Wales.
As full-time carers of their sons with additional needs - Xander with cerebral palsy and Lucas with Down's Syndrome - the couple were struggling to make nutritious meals for the family.
Mother-of-three Kellie, 46, said she found the kitchen 'overwhelming' after having gastric bypass surgery two years ago, and was fearful of going in the kitchen in case she was tempted to eat unhealthily.
As a result, her husband Dom had taken on the sole responsibility of cooking for the family, meaning they were eating cheap convenience foods every day.
Luckily, Joe, who is married to Stacey Solomon, was joined by 'Batch Cook Lady' Suzanne to come to the rescue, teaching the family how to cook their favourite burgers from scratch.
TV host Joe, 43, helped the couple's daughter Indiana and Lucas to prepare the vegetables, chopping up tomatoes and lettuce, while Suzanne focused on preparing the burgers.
But fans were quick to spot a 'filthy' detail as Joe expertly chopped up his tomatoes.

After zooming in on his fingers, fans claimed that they spotted dirt underneath his fingernails.
One person said: 'Turned over to @Channel4 and I am horrifed to see Joe Swash and his filthy finger nails prepping the food.'
Another added: 'Wouldn't want food prepared with those nails.'
Hygiene guidelines - including in restaurants - often advise staff to keep their nails short and clean while handling food as bacteria can harbour underneath them and contaminate the food.
Kellie and Dom's children were eating repeated meals of chicken nuggets, pot noodles and burgers before Suzanne and Joe stepped in to help.
Dom admitted: 'I don't enjoy cooking at all, I think there's a lot of pressure... I spread myself so thin, there's always something I'm missing.
'It makes me feel like a bit of a failure, like I'm failing my family. Even though theyre the reason I get up in the morning.'
Meanwhile Kellie added: 'We need to get it together Dom.'
Dom admitted he was in the kitchen for 'most of the evening' as the family all wanted different meals, while the children would often eat alone in their rooms.

'I do know he doesn't sit down, but I think, because of my relationship with food, I do just stay out of the kitchen,' Kellie added.
'There's lots of things I can't eat, I have to have a high protein diet and I don't really understand food and nutrition and I'm a bit scared of it.
'We feel like we're meeting the children's needs day to day on everything except nutrition.'
In a vulnerable chat with Suzanne, she added: 'There's too much temptation. Although I've lost eight and a half stone, I've still got more to go and if I linger, I might get tempted. I've come such a long way, I don't want to mess it up
'I have got a certain amount of willpower, but cooking is daunting when you haven't really done it before'
Joe and Suzanne revealed the family were spending a whopping £252.41 a week on food, with 40 per cent of their bill going on convenience meals.
In addition, Dom was spending 17 hours a week on shopping and cooking every week.
Suzanne and Joe created a 28-day meal plan for the family, showing them how to make a healthy macaroni cheese and burgers from scratch, using pre-grated cheese and pre-chopped vegetables to save time.

Despite being full-time carers for their children, Kellie and Dom (pictured) found it hard to cook nutritious meals for the family

Though Dom admitted he was 'scared' by a cheese sauce, cooking together with the experts helped him to regain his confidence.
The end of the show saw him batch cooking fajitas, something which he called a 'revelation'.
The family also managed to limit their shopping to once a week, spending £98.90 for a food shop in Lidl, which sponsors the programme.
Kellie was even able to help out in the kitchen for the first time, saying her new diet was also helping her to lose weight.
Joe and Suzanne estimated the meal plan would save them a whopping £7,093 a year, and 390 hours of cooking time.
Previously on the show, Joe and Suzanne met the Brooks family from Falkirk in central Scotland.
The family's meal planning was in dire straits, with mum Erin often struggling to cook for her husband Ally and three children Ava, 19, Ivy, 16 and Marshall, 15, due to her chronic illness.
Senior family support co-ordinator Erin, who has Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) - a chronic fatigue syndrome that affects her daily life - was determined to pack as many vegetables into the family's meals as possible, but at the expense of seasoning and flavour.
On nights she was unable to cook and after finishing his long shifts as a forklift driver, her husband Ally resorted to unhealthy convenience options and frozen meals, which were all nutritionally defunct.
Heartbreaking footage shown in the programme saw 16-year-old Ivy feeding the meals to the dog, and throwing another down the sink.
Erin and Ally revealed the children had even come up with nicknames for Erin's cooking, including 'disaster pasta', 'swamp soup', 'barf Bolognese' and 'rotten risotto'.
The light-hearted jibes had clearly taken their toll on Erin, who was worried her kids wouldn't come back after eventually leaving home.
