Coronation Street child star Jude Riordan has stunned fans with his transformation in a series of new professional headshots.

The actor, 13, has appeared in the ITV soap as Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) and Natasha Blakeman's (Rachel Leskovac) son Sam Blakeman since October 2020.

Jude has been missing from our screens recently, and after he shared some pictures of what he looks like now on Instagram, fans couldn't believe their eyes.

In the snaps, the soap star gave a very serious look into the camera and captioned the post: 'HEADSHOTS 2025.'

Many rushed to the comments section to share how shocked they are at how grown up he looks.

One wrote: 'Oh! You’re growing up so much Jude. I think we’ve lost our little Sam.'

'Who are you?? What have you done to the kid??'

'Looking so grown up.'

'Aww where’s little Sam gone.'

'Your voice changing was jarring enough, not-so-little-anymore dude!!'

Jude later took to his Instagram story to share a recent snap of himself at what looks like enjoying a concert.

He said: 'Lots of messages saying how old I look and how old am I now.

'I know Sam has been missing off screen for about 34 years, but I will be 14 in a few weeks.'

'Fantastic actor growing up . You will be on our screens for years and lovely to watch you grow x.'

Jude's alter-ego Sam has been involved in a number of storylines over the past five years.

Some include meeting his real dad when he was nine years old, the death of his mother Natasha and his grief that came along with that.

But Corrie isn't the only thing that Jude has appeared in over the year.

He shot to fame in 2017 when he starred in Channel 4's documentary The Secret Life of 4, 5 and 6 Year Olds.

After that he took on the role of Little Phil in Katy.

He also played Tyler Croft in Sky's Brassic between 2019 and 2024.

Not only that, he also played Sean in Hidden.

It comes after Coronation Street bosses have reportedly taken new action to drum up cash, following rumours that the ITV show is facing financial difficulties.

Soaring TV production costs and a collapse in advertising revenue are said to have put the future of the long-running soap in jeopardy and sparked a number of budget cuts.

But it appears that bosses have a new plan up their sleeves to raise some more funds, with reports stating they have applied to trademark the 'Corrie' brand.

According to The Mirror, they have filed an application with the UK's Intellectual Property Office to be able to flog branded products for fans to buy.

The publication claimed the paperwork was filed last month and once approved, would last for 10 years, preventing other parties from using the famous Corrie name.

It is said bosses want to use the well-known brand to sell the likes of toiletries, cosmetics, kitchen utensils, bed linens and even perfumes.
