The memoir is entitled 'The Art of Power' and will be released on August 6, according to its publisher Simon & Schuster. It will chronicle the 84-year-old Democrats ' nearly 40-year tenure in government, spanning from her election to the House in 1987, through her two stints as speaker of the House and her post-speaker career. Social media users were quick to question whether it will contain stock trading advice from the prolific investor. According to Quiver Quantitive, a finance data firm that tracks congressional stock trading, Pelosi's net-worth has exploded in recent years. The group now estimates Pelosi is worth $190 million.
