Three dead after bus and car crash near Heathrow Airport
Three people have died in a horror crash between a car and a bus near Heathrow Airport that saw both vehicles engulfed in flames.
A H26 service bound for Hatton Cross smashed into a silver Mercedes on a railway bridge at 11.55pm last night on Bedfont Road in Feltham - which is just a three minute drive from the airport.
Three of those in the car were tragically pronounced dead at the scene. They were reportedly teenagers - two men and one woman, with another girl taken to hospital.
Two bus passengers were also taken to hospital but their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Six others were treated for injuries by paramedics at the scene, including the bus driver.
Pictures show the scorched bus with the front half charred by flames. The car was seen resting nearby, covered in blue tarp.
Locals said the front of the bus was 'like a fireball'. It took firefighters nearly two hours to get the blaze under control.
Footage posted on social media showed a huge inferno, with thick black smoke streaming into the sky and out of the bus windows as shocked witnesses stood nearby.
