Scott Rasmussen's Number of the Day
April 25, 2025: Fifty percent (50%) of voters approve of the way the Supreme Court is performing its job. A Napolitan News Service national survey conducted by RMG Research found 42% disapprove.
The survey also found 19% say the Supreme Court today is too liberal. Forty percent (40%) say the Supreme Court is too conservative, and 28% say the ideological balance is about right.
Methodology
The survey of 1,000 registered voters was conducted online by Scott Rasmussen on April 9-10, 2025. Fieldwork for the survey was conducted by RMG Research, Inc. Certain quotas were applied, and the sample was lightly weighted by geography, gender, age, race, education, internet usage, and political party to reasonably reflect the nation’s population of registered voters. Other variables were reviewed to ensure that the final sample is representative of that population. The margin of sampling error for the full sample is +/- 3.1 percentage points.
