Google News suggestions

1. offer a catalog of all indexed periodicals with an easy link to the rss-feeds
   
2. support all sorts of filtering of GgNews feeds, like excluding specific sources
   
3. newspapers sort articles by department-- GgN search should understand this (eg filter out 'sports')
   
4. GgNewsArchive search should let individuals and libraries narrow search to just the magazines/issues they own
