Return and Refund Policy

At Simple Modern, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy makes it easy for you to resolve it.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

• Most unused, non-defective items can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Limited edition drops, personalized or custom engraved items, and purchases made in Canada are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

1. Visit our Return Portal: here
   If you selected the $1.98 fee to unlock free returns at checkout, your return label fee will be covered.
   If you did not select this option, an $11 fee will be deducted from your refund.
   
2. Generate your return label, print it, and securely attach it to your package. Alternatively, you can show the QR code to the carrier.
3. Drop off your package at the specified carrier location, and we’ll handle the rest!

Additional Notes

• We do not accept exchanges.
• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
• Large orders or frequent returns may incur restocking fees at our discretion.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or any personalized items are non-returnable.
