Tony’s Chocolonely Inc. is voluntarily recalling seven lots of two of its chocolate bars after 12 reports of small stones found inside from almond processing.

The folding mechanism in Segway’s Ninebot Max G30P and Max G30LP KickScooters can fail during use — causing the handlebars or stems of the scooters to fold.

Idaho Smokehouse Partners notified the USDA after they received two complaints reporting that pieces of metal were found in the product.

Owners of affected vehicles can take their Cybertrucks to Tesla’s service department for free replacement of the cant rail, the company wrote.

Affected owners will be notified starting next month and can get new transmission control software that will detect excessive safety valve wear and prevent lock-ups.

The cars’ display may fail to display the “N” gear, “increasing the risk of a crash and vehicle roll away,” according to Volkswagen. 

As of Monday, 38 people have been infected across 21 states with many of the cases coming in long-term care homes or hospitals, the FDA said.

There have been a dozen reports of people injuring their fingertips, including amputations, lacerations and bone fractures, the federal consumer protection agency said.

The recall was due to a defect on the cans' “easy open” pull lid that could lead to leakage or Clostridium botulinum contamination.

Kia owners will be notified by March whether they should take their vehicles to the nearest dealerships for inspection.

The recall affects certain 2021-2023 Bronco Sport SUVs and 2022-2023 Maverick pickup trucks.
