As the historic flood waters pull back in Eastern Kentucky, the death toll climbs to at least 25 confirmed dead, including four children, all siblings. Rescue crews are out in search for survivors as thousands still have no power, and though cellphone reception improves, many will likely go days without clean drinking water.
