Newly released video captures the frantic calls for help from parents who flagged down a school bus driver to save their 2-year-old. A stranger stole the couple’s car with their baby in it as they stepped out of their car to drop off another child. Kellogsville Public School’s Dave Skinner jumped into action calling 911. Within minutes, one of his colleagues, Sue Figueroa, spotted the child sitting alone in someone’s driveway. Police say the suspect is still on the loose.Oct. 9, 2022
