Happy Saturday, West Michigan! Clouds will decrease throughout the day leading to mainly sunny skies this afternoon. The comfortable, short sleeve temperatures we had Thursday and Friday are long gone. This afternoon will be about twenty degrees cooler. Tonight will be starry and cold. If you've already put tender vegetation in the ground, you'll probably want to cover it because patchy frost is possible overnight, with Sunday daybreak temperatures in the middle 30s.

Sunday afternoon will be gorgeous with a mix of sun and clouds and warmer temperatures, rising to the upper 60s. We'll grow warmer Monday before another approaching cold front triggers thunderstorms Monday night and another possible round Tuesday afternoon. Some of those storms could turn severe. Stay tuned!
