Add a new bank or credit card to your Microsoft account
You can add your credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal account, or mobile phone as a new payment method for your Microsoft account.
Notes:
To add a Microsoft gift card to your account, go to redeem.microsoft.com. Learn more about how to Redeem a gift card or code to your Microsoft account.

Not all payment methods are supported in all regions.
Add a new payment method
To add a new credit card, bank card or other payment method to your Microsoft account, follow the steps below:
Select Sign in below to go to the Payment options page of your Microsoft account dashboard.Sign in
Add the new details by selecting Add a new payment method.
Note: Make sure you enter all details correctly. If your card is not accepted, try adding the postal code with and without spaces.
The payment method will show up as an option during the checkout step for your next online purchase.
Add a new payment method for a different country
To add a payment method for another country, you must change your country before adding the card.
Important: We recommend you change your region only if you're moving to a new country or region for a long time. This is important because items you get in one region might not work in another. Learn more.
Change your account's country or region first, by selecting Your info then Edit profile info.Sign in
Once updated, go to the Payment options page of your Microsoft account dashboard.
Add the new details by selecting Add a new payment method.
Add a mobile phone as payment method
In Microsoft Store, select Buy. If asked, sign in with your Microsoft account.
Select Get Started! Add a way to pay or Change > Add a new payment method.
Select Mobile phone.
Select your mobile operator from the list, enter your phone number, and then hit Next.
To make sure its really you, well send you a code via text message. Enter the code and hit Next.
Check the terms and payment details, and then hit Buy.
The Microsoft Store offers mobile operator billing as a payment method in various countries/regions. If a customer's mobile operator supports this capability, the customer can add mobile operator billing as a payment method and use it to make Store purchases using their mobile account. The table below lists mobile operators that currently support mobile operator billing with Microsoft:
