I have a table kept in the MS Access db. I would like to link my Excel SharePoint file to MS Acces Database table called "TB_Data" The table has approx 150K which can be grown end of each year up to 300Krows
Option-1 (Failed) using MS - Access As per the following instructions https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/ms-access-how-to-link-sharepoint-excel-spreadsheet/49ae0043-0649-4a13-8ed9-881f04ba66d9 I manage to establist the link but during exporting Table to SharePoint List its very slow after 33%. I also tried to reduce the size of table by writing SQL(Make table query ) but still very slow and what guarantee how will perform every day refresh ?
I tried today again the above option and the SharePoint generated the "Microsoft LISTS" but not sure how can i link to my EXCEL SharePoint and how can i refresh the "MS LISTs"?
Option-2 (Failed) using Power BI SharePoint also allows linking via Power BI report ( I already have Power Bi publish report), I think its work through the Fabric feature to link the required table, and I can see the table on the navigation bar after choosing the given option. The Navigation frame on the right-hand side show all the published report and all the associate tables, but when I choose or select the required table(TB_Data) I can't see any other option after (Next or Save)
Can some one please advise what should I do Thanks Farhan
