Graduation Ceremony Information

Location:  Lawrenceville Lawn

Seniors may order graduation packages on MyPaymentsPlus NOW through May 2, 2025*.  

(*March graduates only: your deadline to order is March 6, 2025.)

Graduation packages can be picked up at Phoenix High School’s Counseling office on May 12, 13, or 14 between the hours of 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

Tickets are NOT needed to attend the Spring graduation since it is an outdoor event!  Family and friends are welcome to bring chairs and blankets for seating.

Diplomas will be distributed at the graduation ceremony on May 15, 2025.  (Students are responsible for ordering their diplomas via MyPayments Plus).

If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may contact the Counseling Office on or after May 16, 2025 to make an appointment to pick up your diploma.  Please contact Ms. Hines at 770-513-6873.

Seniors must have all outstanding fees cleared in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Order your class ring and graduation invitations from Balfour.

Login to MyPaymentsPlus to order your graduation package (cap, gown, diploma, etc).

Cap & Gown Order Information:

• March graduates must order by March 6, 2025.
