Talk:PHP and MySQL Programming/Creating a Database

When I went through this tutorial I got stuck for a bit because I typed the ' ' quotation marks around my database title, copying the example. It is clear now that they are intended to be omitted throughout the tutorial. I suggest either omitting them in the examples to avoid this confusion or making a note of it in the text.
