My Firefox Browser keeps crashing at random times. I was using Chrome previously and it was worse than the Firefox performance. I just installed 128 GB of brand new DDR5 RAM which I tested in windows with no error. I have no malware on my computer currently. I ran all of the usual checks that you suggested with regard to extensions and cache. Here is the most recent report ID that was generated by Firefox:

How to disable Ctrl-T?

I've had ongoing issues with both TB and Firefox so I finally broke down and did a fresh install of Windows 10. OS is updated except for one KB downloading now, all drivers are updated, and I am basically running a fresh install with only Firefox and TB installed (no other apps). Firefox (137.0.2) continues to crash with these crash reports having been submitted - all today. Can anyone discern a common thread in them please?

Hi Team ,

I am trying to download security certificate in Firefox, but I can just view the certificate but can’t export, why I am not able see details tab & able to export certificate? As I can see same thing in chrome , there is export button where I can export certificate.

Could you please help with this?

Yesterday evening I accidentally clicked on a setting that asked me to stop or deny something and I don't remember what it was. Today my bookmarks and history prior to yesterday evening is gone. Is there a way in the system to go back to yesterday evening and undo whatever I clicked and restore the missing history and bookmarks? I work on MacOS and am using the current version of Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit)

I have a folder called Old Firefox Data on the my desktop on a Mac. When I delete it I cannot empty from the Recycle Bin. If I try it just comes back. How can I remove? I have uninstalled Firefox and restarted and it still persists.

i have tried putting YouTube both from bookmarks and fem desktop to my Firefox menu bar and it will not go I am afraid to refresh Firefox because i am afraid to lose all my bookmarks and add on is that the only way to do it? please help me if you can i have not uninstalled Firefox but have reinstalled over what i have and still nothing I am baffeled

I also use this extension in order to have quick access to all of my Google Voice numbers. I created a new container for each Google Voice number I own. I then logged in to the appropriate account for each container and disabled the option to clear my cookies upon exit. Today, I can launch Firefox, select the container titled with the number I want to use, and immediately place or accept a call via my desktop. I can close the browser completely when I am done. I also changed the icon and name to reflect this purpose. This has been most beneficial when I have been on a call with a financial institution and they want to call me back at a specific number which they have on file. Opening the browser and being immediately ready is better than connecting to Google Voice; opening my password manager; inserting my credentials; providing 2FA; accessing the account; allowing my microphone; and accepting the call. My device is encrypted and protected with a strong password in the event it is stolen.

I am experiencing an issue with the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) functionality in Firefox on Ubuntu. Unlike on Windows, where the PiP window automatically appears when switching tabs or pages, this does not happen on my system.

When I manually activate the PiP feature by clicking the button, the window does appear; however, it is placed behind the browser window and remains at the lowest level among other open windows. This causes it to be obscured by other applications and requires me to manually bring it to the front and adjust its position every time.

Is there a way to automate this process or resolve the issue so that the PiP window behaves as expected (i.e., stays on top of other windows and works seamlessly)? Please let me know if there are any settings, extensions, or workarounds that could address this problem.

I've enjoyed Firefox and also prefer it for viewing PDF files, but I'm having a monster problem with printing PDF documents:

• When reading the page on the screen it looks like 01 below
• When I try to print that page, it looks like 02 below
• Printing it legal size makes the problem worse per 03 below
• To get it to print efficiently, I have to put two pages on a sheet per 04 below

So to put it politely, WTF?
