Unlike a lot of countries he initially targeted and then repealed tariffs on India does in fact place a decent amount of tariffs on goods coming from the US so going by the things he says they're a logical target for him but really who knows? He changes his mind so much and says so much random shit companies are reduced to reading tea leaves to get any idea on what their fiscal future might hold. Hence our stock market being in such shit shape.
