Turkish courts do not dispense justice to foreigners, they extort money. You'll be pressured to spend money for lawyers, court fees, private investigators, etc. But they will keep you in jail. When they can't squeeze any more money from you or your relatives, then they will decide whether to prosecute you.

To put things in perspective:

The price of an average Adjunct Professor $1,000 per credit hour.
1 Semester (Trimester) is about 16 weeks.
Full Course Load (120 Credit Hours / 8 Semesters) = 15 Credit Hours.

So for $15,000 per Semester ($30,000 year or $120,000 total), you could hire adjunct(s) as private tutors.

Adjuncts should spend about 2 hrs for prep/grading per 1 hour instruction.
$1000 / (16 weeks * (1 + 2 hours)) = $20.83/hour gross wage.

Your company did not convert the offices to LED because they were told that they would also need to install an expensive low-volt lighting control system (including occupancy sensors). This is untrue, but per your comment you may wish to keep this information to yourself.
