"With M, she's always slightly changed in each film. In the first one naturally I would have thought out why and how this woman has gotten to this part and why she’s head of MI6. Each time you come to do it you actually learn a little bit more about her, and you supply a little bit more about her. So there's a lot more of the relationship between her and Bond beforehand that goes into this one, but it adds a bit more because there's more to tell."
― Judi Dench
