"I promise you, most excellent quality. Two thousand pieces, next day delivery, no problem. Very good price."
― Arms Dealer to Valentin Zukovsky[src]

The Arms Dealer is a criminal who tried and failed to sell counterfeit weapons to Valentin Zukovsky. He is portrayed by Bhasker Patel in a deleted scene from GoldenEye (film).

Biography[]

GoldenEye (film)[]

During a meeting with Valentin Zukovsky at his Nightclub, the Arms Dealer had presented Zukovsky with various weapons, promising that they were all of the highest quality and would be sold for a very good price. While Zukovsky observed the Heckler & Koch MP5, the Arms Dealer continued to compliment Zukovsky, attempting to convince him to buy the weapons. However, when Zukovsky picked up the Glock 17, he noted the design of the weapon, and demonstrated that he knew that the gun was a counterfeit from China, by aiming it at the Arms Dealer's head and pulling the trigger, proving that the firing pin was too short. The Arms Dealer was then ordered to leave.
