Logan Perrone joined WAVE News in June 2024.
Logan joins the WAVE News team after two years at WPMT in his home state of Pennsylvania. As a reporter and producer, he covered a wide range of stories including Pennsylvania’s contentious 2022 midterm races, the collapse of the Francis Soctt Key Bridge in Baltimore, and even got to cover his beloved Phillies in the World Series.
Logan got his footing in TV news at KOMU 8, the mid-Missouri NBC affiliate owned by the University of Missouri. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Journalism in 2022.
Outside the newsroom you’re most likely to find Logan cheering on his Philadelphia and Mizzou sports teams, napping in his hammock or exploring all Louisville has to offer.
