Open only to legal U.S. and Canadian residents who are administrators/owners of youth or adult sports organizations & businesses and are 18 or older as of February 10, 2025. Void where prohibited. Commencing on February 10, 2025. at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) and continuing through April 30, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. PT, (“Promotion Period”), SportsEngine, Inc. and NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“Sponsor”) are offering 50% off the purchase of new SportsEngine HQ annual or monthly subscription (“Offer”) across all package tiers (Express / Premium / Pro). Once the Offer is applied, you will receive your first year of SportsEngine HQ subscription discounted. At the end of your first year of service, your SportsEngine HQ membership will automatically renew and be billed at the standard annual/monthly rate, plus any applicable taxes and fees. 

Offer not valid for existing SportsEngine HQ subscriptions and only available for new SportsEngine HQ annual or monthly payment terms with 12-month subscriptions purchased during the Promotion Period. Offer valid for a limited time only. The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. Adjustments to prior purchases will not be permitted. To cancel, automatic renewal must be turned off on your account before the end of the subscription period. SportsEngine’s terms of subscription service, detailed below apply to all orders during the promotional window. Term of Subscriptions: Subscriptions to the Paid Services commence on the Start Date and continue for the Subscription Term specified in the applicable Order Form or SOW. Unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form or SOW, subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring Subscription Term or one (1) year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term: The pricing during any automatic renewal term will be the same as that during the immediately prior term unless SportsEngine has given Customer written notice (which may be given electronically) of a pricing increase at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current term, in which case the pricing increase will be effective upon renewal and thereafter. Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause for a material breach of this Agreement by the other party upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice thereof if such breach remains uncured at the expiration of such period. Upon any termination for cause by Customer, SportsEngine shall refund to Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the Subscription Term after the effective date of termination. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, termination for cause by Customer shall not relieve Customer of the obligation to pay any Fees accrued or payable to SportsEngine prior to the effective date of termination. Surviving Provisions: Section 1 and Sections 3 through 7 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement, regardless of the cause of termination.
