FemShep finally makes the cover

With each new installment of "Mass Effect," devoted followers of the female version of game's lead, Commander Shepard, or "FemShep" as she is commonly known as, have demanded more and more of the spotlight for their hero of choice (which can be mostly attributed to the steller performance delivered thus far, by voice actress Jennifer Hale). And they're getting it, in the form of the coveted cover spot for the upcoming "Mass Effect 3." 

When your copy arrives on March 6th, the male version will be staring at you, behind that shrink-wrap. But he can be swapped out, thanks to its reversible cover, as the official unboxing demonstrates:

The response among her fans has been, at least according to the YouTube comments, overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, they're still less than pleased about that online pass. No doubt a few have tried freeze-framing the video, in an effort to dot down the code that's visible for all of half a second.
