If you want to make sure you're getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need, but don't want to wrangle a shelf full of supplements, the Nourish might be for you. It's a new countertop device about the size of a large toaster that regularly dispenses mixtures of food supplements based on data collected by your fitness-tracking apps.

Replaceable pods on top hold powdered vitamins, herbs and so on that the device measures out internally into a little cup, which you can then add to your food or drink.
Of course, there's only so much your smartwatch or activity tracker can tell you about your health — a Fitbit isn't going to tell you you're iron-deficient or could use a bit of oregano oil in your system. But if you're dutiful about entering your meals and habits, Nourish's suggestions might not be far off the mark. And you can also customize your own, to get a protein boost after hitting the gym or a pick-me-up after a long day.
The Nourish team is raising funds on Indiegogo, where you can pre-order a device and a month's worth of supplements (what they are exactly isn't specified) for $300. You'll probably be stuck with them for refills, too, and you should also be ready for the usual delays and missed goals that often accompany crowdfunded devices like this.
