Thousands of Dogs Compete for 140th Westminster Title
Thousands of purebred dogs from more than a dozen countries compete at the annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York.

About 2,700 dogs from more than a dozen countries participate in the annual competition. The show is held on February 15th and 16th.




Bergamascos, one of the seven new breeds being judged, sit together at the 2016 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Feb. 15.
The seven new breeds are Bergamasco, Lagotto Romagnolo, Berger Picard, Miniature American Shepherd, Boerboel, Spanish Water Dog, and Cirneco dell'Etna.
