Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-LA)
- Currently in his second term, Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-LA), chairman of the Republican Governors Association, recently criticized the Republican Party, saying it was time for the GOP “to stop being the stupid party” and there were “a number of Republicans that damaged the brand this year with offensive and bizarre comments.” Following the State of the Union, Gov. Jindal also told NBC’s Brian Williams that while the GOP must remain consistent with its principles, “we have to show how our principles are aspirational, how they help people join and thrive in the middle class.”

Gov. Deval Patrick (D-MA)
- Gov. Deval Patrick (D-MA) is in his second term as governor and has declared he will not seek a third term in 2014. Gov. Patrick was recently in the national spotlight when he picked a former aide, William “Mo” Cowan, to temporarily fill the Senate seat vacated by newly sworn in Secretary of State John Kerry. A special election will be held on June 25.

Roundtable: Ford, Noonan, Inskeep, Bartiromo, Cramer
- Former Rep. Harold Ford (D-TN)said of sequestration, “Who I’m most upset with is Washington. If you’re a pedestrian watching, this is the same conversation that took place from Election Day until Dec. 31. They’re saying the same things.
