According to a recent NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll President Obama’s support among black voters is at 96% while Mitt Romney is at 0%. Also back in 2008, the black voter turnout was at a high of 65.2% with 96% of them supporting President Obama. So does Mitt Romney really have a chance of moving the racial needle?
