1. Traces of Explosives Found in Debris of Crashed Jet

Traces of explosives have been found in the debris of the passenger jet that crashed in Egypt last month, the Kremlin announced on Tuesday as it unveiled a $50 million reward in the case. A senior Egyptian official also later told NBC News that two employees at Sharm el-Sheikh airport had been detained in connection with the bombing. Read more in NEWS.

2. Belgium Charges Two People in Paris Attacks

Belgium charged two people in connection with the deadly Paris terror attacks as France pounded more targets in Syria and launched 128 raids overnight, officials said Tuesday. French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve told France Info radio that in addition to the latest raids more than 115,000 police and military had been mobilized. Read more in NEWS.

3. Lawyer, Photographer: Who Were the Victims in Paris?

The many nationalities of the victims of Friday's attacks in Paris reflect the global reach of the assault by Islamic extremists that left at least 129 dead and many more wounded. Some were students, many were music lovers and at least one had recently announced an engagement. Read more in NEWS.

4. Governors Seek to Halt Syrian Refugee Resettlement

The revelation that one of the Paris attackers was carrying a Syrian passport and likely came into the country with a group of migrants prompted at least 18 U.S. governors to declare that they do not want refugees in their states. President Obama has said that the U.S. will accept 10,000 refugees, and it's unclear if the governors can legally refuse them. Read more in NEWS.

5. ISIS Has 24/7 Help Desk for Terrorists

Counterterrorism analysts affiliated with the U.S. Army told NBC News that an ISIS help desk, manned around the clock, was established with the express purpose of helping would-be jihadists use encryption and other secure communications in order to evade detection by law enforcement and intelligence authorities. 6. Six People Found Murdered at Texas Campsite

William Hudson, 33, has been charged with murder after a dead man and woman were found inside a trailer at a Texas campsite. Four more people who had been missing from the campsite were found in a pond behind Hudson's home. The identities of the six victims have not been released. Read more in NEWS.

7. Let It Snow: First Winter Storm Blankets Rockies, Plains

Heavy snow was at the heart of the first severe winter storm of the season, spreading through the Rockies and into the High Plains.
