The revelation that one of the Paris attackers was carrying a Syrian passport and likely came into the country with a group of migrants prompted at least 18 U.S. governors to declare that they do not want refugees in their states. William Hudson, 33, has been charged with murder after a dead man and woman were found inside a trailer at a Texas campsite.
