Eight Syrians Detained at the Border Weren't Trying to Sneak In

Eight Syrian refugees - two sets of parents and their children - weren't trying to sneak into the country when they were detained. They attempted to enter legally in Laredo, TX. NBC News' Mark Potter reports.
