Understood, but what role did ECB play in the banking crisis , which made the majority of innocent citizens pay for a gambling game of banks , not their fault. It made many a lot poorer and yet bonusses where paid out while many people lost their money. How can this be? Can you explain this

Io penso che un Organismo di vertice come la BCE, bene farebbe ad intervenire in contesti circoscritti, come una Golden power utilizzata a sproposito da un singolo Stato, almeno per esprimere una valutazione tecnica (Fusione di UniCredit e Bpm).
