More than 4,300 people have signed the petition "My childhood is not content."
That’s more than just a number — it’s a collective voice. A quiet, rising force.
A clear sign that this issue matters, that it resonates, and that it calls us to action.
Thanks to your support, I’m proud to share the next step:
We’re officially moving toward the creation of OPNE (Organisme de Protection Numérique de l’Enfance), which translates to the Institute for Children's Digital Protection — a nonprofit organization dedicated to the digital protection of children.
What will OPNE stand for?
OPNE is an independent organization that will actively defend:
– children's right to privacy in digital spaces
– the regulation of children’s exposure on social media
– awareness campaigns for families, schools, and institutions
– the creation of educational and legal resources
– ethical research on childhood and technology
I’m not building this alone.
I’m building it with the support of your signatures, your messages, your stories, and everything still left unsaid.
I’ll keep you updated every step of the way because, together, we’re doing more than just calling something out.
We’re building a structure.
We’re organizing collective care.
We’re shaping a future where children are no longer treated as online content.
Thank you for being here from the very beginning.
This is just the start.
With heart and conviction,
Adriana Conrado
Founder of OPNE
