Our people are our greatest strength

I love my team and colleagues! They’re a really supportive group—I can ask any question, and everyone rallies together. There’s always volunteers to help cover when someone is out of the office. I’ve also enjoyed learning about how our product is used, understanding the challenges users face, and brainstorming ways to improve. It’s cool to see the Product team in action when feedback loops come in.

I enjoy working closely with my teammates. The beauty of Branch is that everyone is warm, welcoming, and open to learning. We have such a collaborative environment which is what I love about Branch.

No matter what a teammate is going through or how busy they are, they are always willing to hop on a call and help you with anything. I have never been told no when I’ve asked for help or had questions. This level of support is undervalued and not something that happens at all organizations, but it happens here at Branch.

During Women’s History Month, we built water filtration systems that were sent to Ukraine to provide clean water to families. The Women’s ERG at Branch has done an excellent job of bringing difficult topics to light. It’s a safe space where everyone can share their opinions and views on various matters. We have discussions on allyship involving people from different backgrounds who feel comfortable opening up about these issues. We’ve also covered some really interesting topics that have helped foster trust among us, enhancing our ability to work together effectively.
