About Tuxedo’s K9 Daycare
Tuxedo’s K9 Training Camp, Inc. Dog Care Facility is in the Ridge Hill Square Plaza. The plaza is located on the north side of the street between Carter and Hudson on East Ridge Road. The 4000 square foot facility offer training and day care. Daycare hours are 6:00 am – 6:00 pm. Our soundproof facility reduces the stress and anxiety of barking for your canine companion, and our crumb rubber flooring reduces the stress and pounding from repetitive play on the pads and joints. Other features include an outdoor fenced area, and four indoor play areas with movable walls for flexibility of the play area! We pay personalized attention to your canine companion, and there’s a certified trainer to assist with behavioral needs during play. We also have webcams for your enjoyment!
Please note: While we do our best to ensure your unaltered male and females are separated at all times. We can not accept responsibility for interactions between unaltered male and females. Due to space and situations that may arise.

Daycare Registration, Reservation, and Payment
Tuxedo’s K9 Training Camp and Day Care is a RESERVATION ONLY BASED DAY CARE for your canine companions. Your canine companions safety is of our utmost importance. To register for daycare services, we ask that new customers create an account with our secure Pet Exec Service prior to bringing your dog for the first time. This will allow you to log in at anytime to schedule all your daycare needs. Once your account is set up, you can log in to book all your daycare needs and pay for services. Save money by buying in bulk! See our daycare packages below. (Please Note: All packages purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE.)

⚠ Important Information
- Dogs One Year of Age and older must be altered (Spay or Neutered) for our Day Care and Boarding Services.
- Required vaccines for Daycare and Boarding: Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella.
- Prior to booking Daycare service, your dog must be scheduled for a behavior evaluation. To schedule the evaluation, call 585-429-0320 (Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
- We are a peanut-free facility.

Additional Details to Purchase Daycare
- Our daycare packages have no restrictions. Use as you please and when you choose. We recommend using our online reservation system to ensure space is available.
- Our half-day rate is anytime up to FIVE hours
- Our daycare is one attendant for every ten dogs
- You provide your pet's food in a zip lock bag with their name on it, and we would be happy to feed them at no additional charge
- All dogs must be picked up by 6:00 pm or an overtime service charge will be applied of $15.00
- 10% Discount on Cash Payment. Not Valid on packages that expire in 30 days.
- NO REFUNDS on day care packages.
- $30.00 No-Show fee for scheduled day care.
