The information sheet is available on the front count in the lobby area. The webcams are only available in the day care rooms and not in boarding.
If they play well with other’s they are in playgroup from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and then again at 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm. If they are not able to play with other’s they are walked every four hours on a leash.
Individual bags per meal is best to ensure consistency with what they are fed at home. We have a tendency to be very generous with our feeding.
9 am – 8 pm Seven Days a Week.
6 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday
You will first receive a text message asking you to give us a call. Secondly, we will attempt to call the numbers on the account. Thirdly, you will need to communicate with your vet that your dog is with us and if there is an emergency what is your plan. Make financial arrangements with your vet in advance.
The system allows you to make updates to your scheduled services online. You are able to update reservations for day care and boarding through your account. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to check in to avoid cancellation fee. Day care cancellation policy is prior to 6:00 am to avoid a $25.00 no show fee.
Boarding dogs are fed at 5:00 am, 12:00 pm and 6:30 pm.
Day Care dogs needing lunch are fed at 12:00 pm.
One staff member per ten dogs maximum.
