On July 29th at 6 p.m., join Mary Jumbelic at Solvay Public Library for one of the first book reading and signing events for her second book Speak Her Name, releasing this summer, 2025.
Mary's first award-winning book Here, Where Death Delights, published in late 2023, is a creative nonfiction memoir that demonstrates her work-life balance and experiences as she navigates the world of forensic science, autopsies and mass graves while being a woman, mother and spouse. Her new work Speak Her Name is another work of creative nonfiction, a memoir that will focus on the women in Mary’s work, sharing the stories of so many for whom Mary has provided a voice and answers for families.
