1. Follow the instructions in the root README.

2. Enable APIs for your project. Click here to visit Cloud Platform Console and enable the BigQuery API.

3. Open GettingStarted/BigquerySample.sln with Microsoft Visual Studio version 2012 or later.

4. Build the Solution.

5. Run it from the command line with your project id:
