This web portal will help you communicate with the Charles County Sheriff's Office regarding what records you need.

To obtain Discovery, submit an MPIA Request, or receive a copy of a police incident report, motor vehicle crash report, or event listing please submit a request here. Please do not use this portal to submit evidence to a case officer.

This portal is not to be used to request a call for service. If you have an emergency, please dial 911.
