She also participated in the Department of Defense Military Spouse Career Accelerator Pilot (MSCAP). Hiring Our Heroes facilitates the program, connecting military spouses to 12-week paid fellowships. Harbison’s fellowship provided her with invaluable tools and connections specifically geared toward her career pivot into the tech industry.
