Our Trainings
BEAM offers skill based trainings that help marginalized communities reframe mental health, reimagine leadership, challenge the medical industrial complex, and expand their healing strategies for collective liberation. Allies welcome.
Training goal – To increase Black communities' (and allies’) capacity to identify distress, respond to mental health crises in Black communities, challenge inequity in dominant mental health systems, and cultivate everyday liberation-centered wellness.
Training goal – To increase emotionally intelligent leadership practices and support leaders with tools to transform, reimagine, and refine organizational systems in alignment with a healing justice framework.
Black Masculinity (Re)imagined helps Black men and masculine folks learn new strategies to connect, cope and care for themselves and each other while dismantling patriarchy and supporting collective Black mental health.
For Black leaders or leaders serving Black communities who need more individualized coaching to help support Black mental health and wellness.
